Upbeat Times Now a Registered Trademark

UPT NEWS - As of Sept 30, 2008 Upbeat Times, an all positive news and information newspaper distributed in Northern California to over 700 locations became an official internationally registered trademark #3508016. The Upbeat Times found out January 2010 because of miss mailings to Upbeat's old offices closed June 2008 near the Sonoma County California courthouses. While checking into the status of the trademark for Upbeat, publisher Paul A. Doyle discoved through his legal team that indeed the concept of all positive content and information, and "No bad news is..good news" concept had been approved and registered.
