What's Up With Upbeat?

The Upbeat Times originally was a all-positive publication starting in 1999 in Fort Bragg CA. In 2001 I brought it to Sonoma County where I was raised. We ran the Upbeat Times until June of 2008, putting it on hold (a upbeat sabatical).
