Upbeat Times is a for profit all positive publication and website. We feature and promote people in our community that do good for others and are positive in the process. Over-all we focus on fun and good times in our community. Anyone is welcome to get involved. We have volunteer positions for deivery of the newspaper thoughout Sonoma County and other neighboring counties. We pride ourselves in having only positive content with-out agendas, crusades, politics death or destruction.

Over-all, Paul A. Doyle, a Sonoma County resident is the inventor and publisher of the Upbeat Times and is responsible for the entire design, advertising design, publishing, editing and distribution of the Upbeat Times that reaches over 50,000 people monthly and can be found at over 600 locations.
